Drake Track & Field Has Best Showing of the Season at SDSU

Kevin Kelly, 4:12.64 Ahmed-Green’s time of 56.49 was less than a second away from first place, while Coombe set a personal-best with a time of 57.40. A week after recording one of the top 3,000 meter times in school history, senior Bailee Cofer (Overland Park, Kan.) did the same in the 5,000 meters by taking sixth with a time of 17:29.87, the eighth best in school history. 5,000 Meters6. Senior Mary Young (Urbandale, Iowa) once again helped lead the Drake women finishing second in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.69.
